3 Featured Speakers Governor Doug Burgum brings a business leader s approach to diversifying North Dakota s economy, creating 21st century jobs, and revitalizing our main streets. Driven by a strong belief in North Dakota s people, Gov. Burgum returned to his home state in 1983 and helped lead Great Plains Software from a small startup company into an award-winning tech firm. Before he left Great Plains in 2007, Gov.
