9 Principals A Philadelphia area native, Bill is a graduate of Temple University, with a major in Real Estate. From 1979 through 1987, as a top commercial real estate broker in the Philadelphia area, he was responsible for some of the largest real estate transactions. In 1987, he joined a commercial development firm as a partner with responsibility for day-to-day management, marketing and financing of the real estate portfolio. Between 1987 and 1998, Bill played a crucial role in the expansion of the portfolio from under 100,000 square feet to over 1,500,000 square feet. He had the lead role in the negotiations for the sale of the firm s portfolio for over $100 million to Mack-Cali, a national REIT. About Us William G. By 2008, the firm he helped build was one of the largest privately held commercial and high-end residential development companies in the market. As a new business entrepreneur, he owned and operated his own transportation and waste disposal companies.
