2 WELCOME BOMA Greater Minneapolis Associate and Professional Member companies represent 54 different industries. Who Are We? We re the Building Owners & Managers Association of Greater Minneapolis. The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Minneapolis is an industry-leading organization of 700 commercial real estate professionals in Minneapolis and its suburbs. Its sole purpose is supporting the companies, organizations and professionals, who own, operate and manage office buildings in the region. Our association is the second-oldest BOMA association nationally and has been the voice of the region s commercial real estate industry since It is the sixth-largest BOMA association nationwide, representing 60 million square feet of commercial office space. BOMA Greater Minneapolis buildings provide the working environment for 200,000 people, and our members make more than $360 million in purchasing decisions for their companies every year.
