2 ONE of the most historic neighborhoods in dallas Bishop Arts is located immediately southwest of downtown Dallas in north Oak Cliff and is easily accessible via Dallas I-30 and I-35 highways. In the 90s and 930s it was developed as warehouses and shops and soon became Dallas busiest trolley stop.
