Moist air is extracted from source via humidity sensitive extract units through a quiet, efficient, constant extract fan that is located in the attic space. The system automatically responds to the moisture levels within the dwelling, increasing and decreasing the amount of air being extracted from the house to suit the occupier s activities. Fresh air is introduced into the rooms via humidity sensitive acoustic wall inlets.
