AND WHEREAS certan amendments have been made to the sad By-law No ; AND WHEREAS t s deemed necessary that the sad By-law be further amended. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCL OF THE CORPORATON OF THE TOWN OF BRACEBRDGE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That By-law No passed by the Muncpal Councl of the Corporaton of the Town of Bracebrdge on the 23d day of September, 1987, be further amended by the addton of the followng:.. (a) APPENDX XXXV; (b) APPENDX XXXV; (c) APPENDX XXXV. 2. That ths By-law shall come nto force on the date of fnal passng. READ a Frst and Second tme ths 25th day of October rd tme and fnally passed ths 25th day of October, 2000.
