General Common Lmted and Elements and mprovements added to the Condomnum Project by vrtue of ts expanson pursuant to ths Amendment, shall be comparable n qualty and appearance wth the Lmted and General Common Elements and mprovements n the frst phase of the Project under the orgnal Master Deed.
