At thi time, Bradhaw Realty LLC (Jame R. Bradhaw and Therea M. Bradhaw), owner of the property located at 8351 Veteran Highway, Millerville, MD 2118 (tax D ) are requeting renewal/reintatement of Special Exemption Cae No S for expanion of the regitered non-conforming ue (#2-179-N) for torage building located at the property. Thi property wa ued in the pat for a ga and ervice tation and i now trictly a vehicle ervice tation with ga pump and tank having been removed ome year ago. Prior to Bradhaw Realty LLC taking over the property, the property wa an eyeore and complained about on a regular bai. The two encloed carport that have been added to the ite for afe, indoor torage purpoe, do not increae the day to day uage of the property, nor do they have any impact on traffic to and from the property. All outdoor torage on the property i blocked from view and neighboring propertie by the building, fencing and an exiting green buffer coniting of mature woodland. A modification for a Site Development Plan (Modification No. M 1226) ha been ubmitted and i preently being held in abeyance, awaiting a deciion on thi pecial exception requet and proviion of the revied ite plan (a provided for ftii pecial exception). Granting of a pecial exception for thi ite would be in keeping with the pat and preent ue of the property and would not adverely affect the character of the neighborhood. The property owner are making every effort to comply with County requireraent for thi property and are extremely deirou of reolving all outtanding iue to enable for the required permit to be iued and completed to enure that all of the County' concern are appropriately addreed.
