Lewiha Hoe wa appointed a the developent agent for the council to anage the delivery of thi prograe. The firt new hoe for nearly 30 year were recently copleted at Mercator in Lee Green. 80 ore are currently under contruction. nuber of developent opportunitie have been identified a having potential to provide thee hoe, and Lewiha Hoe i currently exploring option to redevelop Kenton Court into a chee of new apartent. Waugh Thitleton have been appointed by Lewiha Hoe to prepare a revied planning application for Kenton Court. By undertanding the trength and weaknee of the previou application, we have defined a new deign trategy that eek to provide high quality, well deigned hoe that will copleent the urrounding neighbourhood.
