3 XCD Realty & Property Management was founded in Canada in It was incorporated and developed as a full service real estate and property management company to encompass client needs from acquisition, property management through to disposition. The company built a significant management portfolio with residential and 500,000 SF of Commercial and in 2013 transitioned the management company to our International Partner and ventured into the US market. Our journey in the US markets began in 2011 where we embarked on building a similar model developing a full-service real estate and property management team. Over the past 6 years we have successfully captured a lion share of the commercial and residential markets and are fully equipped to continue the growth of our Brokerage and Management Team. Our corporate vision is to meet and exceed client expectations and our mission is to sustain economic growth with capital preservation. 6 Samir Sawhney is the Designated Broker for the Arizona Office and is instrumental in all Acquisition/Disposition of all real estate transactions and leads the management Team. Mr. Sawhney is an acclaimed Professional Engineer by background and has practiced real estate for the past 16 years both in Canada and the United States. Mr. Sawhney has been monumental in developing private REIT structures, building Client portfolios, managing and sustaining capital growth for a significant portfolio of Clients. 7 Denzel Steven Pereira is a Professional Engineer who joined the XCD Team in full capacity in He is been instrumental in the development and growth of XCD north and south of the border. Mr. Pereira is a highly skilled financial planner who is certified for loan implementation and administration in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Pereira In his capacity handles and oversees all financial, legal, insurance and corporate related matters associated with management and operations. 8 Tricia Jeffery is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 10 years of experience is residential and commercial property management. Ms. Jeffery is a licensed real estate associate in the state of Arizona. Ms. Jeffery is paramount to the residential property management group. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all residential sites, managing the on-site and off-site personnel, payroll administration, and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. Ms. Jeffery has a wonderful personality and has been a critical component in the growth of the company. 9 Anthony Masiello has a Doctorate degree in Music and is a highly qualified licensed real estate associate in the State of Arizona. Mr. Masiello is instrumental in the operations of the commercial management and leads the Team on that front. His expertise are in commercial leasing, sales and the management of commercial HOA. Mr. Masiello, in his capacity, oversees all commercial assets and is responsible for governing and administrating the personnel, advising on service contract, transacting commercial real estate deals and all accounting related accounting functions.
