4 12 LDCU Florida Natives Nursery Kimley-Horn and Associates Parcel Number: Florida Natives Nursery, Inc., located on the subject site, is an environmental management company that provides plants for their environmental services and agricultural support off-site, while also functioning as a regular nursery. They specialize in the restoration, enhancement, management and maintenance of environmental lands, wetlands, uplands, natural areas, along with offering specialty excavation services for sensitive land systems. The request is to allow a conditional use for the storage of equipment on site used by Florida Natives Nursery, Inc. The equipment is hauled and used for off-site installation and environmental services, but also supports the on-site nursery.
