The proposed parking area is 30,873 sf impervious or 59%. The parking area drainage will sheet flow to a proposed curb inlet where it will be collected and piped into the existing wet detention pond. The parking area will be landscaped to meet Polk County Standards. There is one 27 oak tree that will need to be removed. There are no utilities that will be needed or impacted for the project other than irrigation.
