Apartments 101 Apartments 201 Apartments 101 is a crash course for the apartment industry, teaching you all you need to know as on on-site leasing team member to stand out and make things happen. Apartments 201 will cover understanding your budget, market surveys and what they really mean. Delinquency regarding evictions, debits and credits and escrow accounts and evictions. Shopping competition and how it helps you, renewals, closing reports, leasing conversion ratios, lease audits, some advanced marketing for renewals and resident retention, inspections, staff meetings, noise complaints, reviewing the lease. Basic Landscaping Basic Plumbing Blended Occupancy Management: LIHTC with Public Housing Board Oversight and Governance Landscaping basics such as managing water and soil erosion, vegetation, shrubs and trees, fences, sidewalks and parking surfaces, and critter control will all be covered in this session. This course will discuss and breakdown a plumbing system all the way down to the smallest component in a faucet. Each student will have a basic understanding of plumbing terminology, plumbing fundamentals, safety in the workplace and the installation of plumbing fixtures, supply lines and drain lines as well as soldering fittings correctly. This course focuses on the management of mixed financing and blended occupancy properties. Housing professionals must be able to ensure compliance with multiple programs at one site. This three-day, fast-paced training will provide you with practical tools that you need in order to navigate the complex regulatory environment of mixed financing.
