All licensees renewing a license at the end of a three-year or a two-year licensing period shall complete the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Update Course. Prerequisite: Beginning Appraiser and Licensed Appraiser education courses. To fulfill the mandated 2,500 hours of experience, complete an additional 500 hours of appraisal experience of complex assignments.
