1 TOW OF MITUR, COLORADO RESOLUTIO O. 2 SERIES 2017 A RESOLUTIO APPROVIG LAD USE APPLICATIO TEMPORARY USE PERMIT WHEREAS, The Town of Minturn Town Council is coissioned with certain powers and duties contained in the Minturn Municipal Code Section ; and, WHEREAS, public notice was given pursuant to Minturn Municipal Code Section ; and, WHEREAS, on Deceber 14, 2016, the Town Council held a public hearing on the application pursuant to Minturn Municipal Code Section ; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Minturn Municipal Code Section , the ost appropriate use of land is allowed to be used with the teporary use perit; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Minturn Municipal Code Section , the Town Council akes the following findings: 1. That the granting of the teporary use perit will not be detriental to the public health, safety or welfare or aterially injurious to properties or iproveents in the vicinity. 2. There is no substantial ipairent to the public that would result fro the granting of the TUP. 3. That the teporary structure will be up not ore than 90 days 4. That the proposed teporary structure is copatible with the surrounding uses. OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOW COUCIL OF THE TOW OF MITUR, COUTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT the application for a Teporary Use Perit at 160 Railroad Avenue be approved subject to the following conditions: A building perit is approved for public safety for the staircase entering the show -roo trailer. That any debris or structure left after granted tie will be reoved at the cost of the owner and landlord.
