Texas Open Meetings Act that the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Health Center, 2805 N. Navarro St., Room 108, Victoria, Texas, on May 15, 2015 at 9:00AM. Agenda: 1. Call the meeting to order and welcome guests. 2. Receive public comments. 3. Permit hearing and consideration of, including action on, permit applications - Ms. Jacqueline Madera for S.C. Real Estate Investments, LLC seeks an operating permit under application AOW for well NW authorizing groundwater production for commercial and recreational vehicle park uses. The subject well is located on a 6-acre tract of land located near the intersection of U.S. Hwy 59 North and Beck Rd., Victoria County, Texas. The requested production amount is 3.0 acre-feet per year. 4. Permit hearing and consideration of, including action on, permit applications - Mr. Gilbert Navaira, Jr. of Pronto Petroleum Company, LLC seeks drilling and operating permits requested under applications ADW and AOW authorizing groundwater production for public water system uses. The subject well will be located on a acre tract of land located near the intersection of Old Goliad Rd. and Loop 463, Victoria County, Texas. The requested production amount is 5.0 acre-feet per year. 5. The subject well will be operated as part of a well field under production permits previously approved by the District with an annual production rate of 2.5 acre-feet per year per well and 5.0 acre-feet per year in aggregate. 8. Hunt seeks drilling and operating permits requested under applications ADW and AOW authorizing groundwater production for commercial uses.
