TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS f the above project, notice is hereby given that the following changes, modifications, crections, clarifications, and additions, as herein set fth, shall apply to the specifications and drawings described herein and shall be made part thereof and subject to all requirements as if iginally specified drawn. The List of Attendees (Attachment A) of the mandaty pre-proposal meeting on August 13, 2012 is included f infmation only. Receipt of this Addendum No. 1 must be acknowledged on the fm in the bid proposal in writing. The following Sections have been modified to read: 1. Replace Section , sub section 4, Due Date and Receipt of Proposals, paragraph with the following: Phase 1 Proposals shall be due Tuesday, September 11, 2012, 2p.m..

2 Page 2 August 14, Replace Section , sub section 8, Phase 1 Proposal Related Conferences, paragraph with the following: Pre-proposal Netwking Conference: Monday, August 20, 2012, 8:30 am to 10a.m. at 1401 Lakeside Drive, Room 1107, Oakland, CA. The Netwking Conference will be held to provide an opptunity f small and local and emerging businesses (SLEBs), minity owned business enterprises (), woman owned business enterprises (), local business enterprises (LBE) and small local business enterprises (SLBE) and large firms to netwk and develop partnering relationships in der to participate in the contracts that may result from this Request f Proposals. 3. To PART B CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, Bridging Documents, Volume 1, Design Requirements, 1. CIVIL, Chapter 1- Page 8, 7.4 Other Utilities, add the following paragraph: Low-Voltage Conduit: Two (2) 4-inch empty conduits with pull string shall be placed on-site in the drive aisle west of the Court/County buildings. The conduits will provide a pathway to connect the County Building to Santa Rita County Jail. D-B team shall place conduit from the County building to the south curb on Broder which should terminate at a vault. Conduit from the curb to Santa Rita County Jail will be by others. The conduits shall maintain a radial clearance a minimum of 12-inch from all other dry utilities and be at least 2-ft below finished grade. Provide a pull boxes at locations where the conduit exceeds me than 270-degrees between bends.
