2 Pruneyard Expansion Address: 1875/1901 S. Bascom Ave. Location: Northwest corner of Bascom and Campbell Ave. Description: The Pruneyard expansion is a reimagining of Campbell s iconic shopping and office center. When completed, an additional four retail buildings, a two-level fitness facility, an expanded parking garage, and a fivestory office building will be added to the center. The existing retail buildings will also be refreshed with upgraded materials and an updated color scheme. New public plazas will enhance the pedestrian experience of The Pruneyard and allow special events such as wine walks and bridal fairs to be held. Selling Point: MUP transfers decision making from Planning Commission to City staff for greater certainty in tenant entitlements and a quicker permitting process.
