49 PRINCIPALS Gary McNatton has a history of consistently delivering award-winning design and production in personal care, fine fragrance, home product and package design. His expertise and leadership drove creative direction and product design at industry leaders Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Mottura and CMA. As founder of Mottura, he developed an exceptional brand of products sold in a unique environment featured in publications including Interior Design and Metropolitan Home. During his eight-year tenure as Senior Vice President at Gap, Gary s visionary management of the personal care division resulted in annual revenues of $200 million. Matthew Fadness has a career trajectory spanning technology, architecture, fashion and design industries. He held senior positions at Oracle, 4D, SOM, Gap and Banana Republic. A Stanford engineering degree underpins his rational approach to graphic design, a second academic program in which he graduated at the top of his class. Matt believes that the best design is functional, systematic and expressive. His work is published in Communication Arts and Print design annuals and was the only mass-market packaging campaign which the American Institute of Graphic Arts awarded for the year.
