Manganais began his career in real estate in 1985 as a licensed salesperson, received his broker s license in 1987, and completed all CCIM course requirements that same year. He serves as a vice president at SVN Chicago Commercial with an emphasis on the sale of multifamily and land properties (dealing with residential, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments) in the metro Chicago suburbs. Prior to joining to SVN, Nick had a long tenure working at a national brokerage firm where he reached the title of First Vice President Investment and was involved in the listing and closing of over $600M worth of properties in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Indiana. Prior to entering the real estate field, Nick had worked for major corporations such as AVCO Corporation and United Parcel Service as a Project Construction Manager on many projects all over the eastern, southeastern, and midwestern parts of the U.S. and overseas. Nick has developed strong relationships with a diverse field of clients from major home builders, commercial real estate developers, major asset owners, and private owners of real estate. Nick prides himself on being an advisor to all his clients, helping them create and preserve their wealth. Nick graduated from Lowell Technological Institute (now University of Massachusetts - Lowell) with a degree in Engineering.
