3 2M Company is a company that works internationally in the fields of design of civil works (building, infrastructure, hydraulic) and environmental protection, as well as in the provision of assistance and cooperation to the construction companies. In the project area, the Company has strengthened its collaboration with ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) and interacted effectively with universities and institutes such as the University of Archaeology of Siena, Polytechnic of Milan (Department BEST), University of Physics of Siena. The company has pursued and developed, in collaboration with the major construction companies, an extensive management capacity in the conduction and direction of both public and private works, in Italy and in foreign countries, thanks to the contribution of specific skills coming from the same world of construction. The company has in house senior managers / directors with proven and wide experience in technical and economic management of the construction, infrastructure and plumbing works. The company is today structured to furnish every kind of support to the construction companies by providing all the most relevant technical services (topographic relief and assistance, security plans and coordination, operational plans for security, operational procedures for quality control, quality plans, preparation of active and passive accounts, tender offer, study and drafting of technical and economic variations, preparation of accounts and prevision of its cash flow and analysis of technical and contractual documents in the event of litigation of the works).

4 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES SERVICES The Company is structured to provide every kind of support to the construction companies by providing all the following relevant technical services: - supplying to the construction companies of senior managers/directors/technical/employees/consultants with proven and extensive experience in a technical and economic management of the construction industry; - study of the project, terms of reference, bill of quantity for proposal of tenders; - execution of the first topographic relief and assistance topographic process during the works; - drafting of the security plan in according to the local laws; - drafting of the method statements with associated quality control procedures; - preparation of active and passive accounting; - study and proposal of technical and economic variations of the project; - study of the project and contractual documents (terms of reference, bill of quantity, effective program of works, correspondence between contractor and client) to assist the client in settling contractor s claims; preparation of the economic account of the work and prevision of its cash flow.

5 ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE SERVICES 2M is a company that works internationally in the fields of and Architecture works. In short we can summarize the areas of expertise as follows: Plans and design: residential, commercial, hotel construction, interior design. Road works: bridges, streets, highways, tunnels. Hydraulic works: aqueducts, sewers, irrigation works, desalination plants, irrigation plans. For the great and specialized works such as large structures, special structures, special systems of installations, new technologies, energy and sustainable economic development, the company avails itself also by the advice of other specialized engineering Companies and University. The Company has besides pursued and developed, during the years, a great capacity in the supervision of public and private works. The Company is able to ensure high quality of any type of constructions and all the works associated with the project are carried out in full compliance with the project s design and specifications. For each type of work, the company will schedule the resources to ensure quality control and the progress of the work. It will be prepared and submitted reports of the description of the activity, charts of progress (weekly and monthly) and the Company will assist the client in the preparation of appropriate responses to the contractors. The Company, through its responsible tasks, prepare the progress of the work and the reports of certification of interim and final payments and can assist clients in settlement of the claims of the contractor.
