Distance from Orvieto railway station: about 7 km. This country house has a comfortable position to reach and visit the most important city by train only in one day so there is no need to make stressful trips in the highway (Rome 1 hour; Florence 1 hour 40 min. ; Siena 1,5 hour, etc). As well as the railway station, Orvieto has the exit of the A1 highway (one of the most important roads in Italy), from where you travel around 10 km in the main road, full of supermarket and shops, to reach a dirt road that after 2 km leads you to the house. This road is scattered by villas and stone-houses, (even if you can't see them) and the landscape is enriched by vineyards of Orvieto's D.O.C. wines and groves. This Villa has only one building divided in two floors and the garden is not enclosed. In the house there are: a drawing-room with a fireplace, a living room/ a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. - The property is composed by a stone-house with two floors; - Outdoor swimming pool in the private park with furnished area with tables and chairs to eat outside (overlooking the town of Orvieto); - FOR EXTRA PRICE: possibility to have extra cleaning and cooking. The pool (180 cm deep and 5x10 mt big) is equipped with beach umbrellas and deck chairs to sunbathe and a cold water shower.
