Preliminary design of the new electrical system and lighting for the courtyard and enlargement of security exits of the building. 2 and 3-dimensional graphic representation of the design of the original façade of the church of San Lorenzo executed by Michelangelo Buonarroti; this work had been done for a publication aimed at the study of the possible completion of the unfinished project. The activity of the studio focuses on the refurbishment of buildings of high historical value in Florence historical centre, offices for tourism promotion of public bodies in Tuscany, and also in various museum arrangements for temporary exhibitions and events held in the city of Florence. Every project is conceived to reach the highest quality in terms of architectural integration with the context, development of social interactions between the people who will live and act in the future project and a specific focus on the issues of modern sustainability, either in buildings and exhibitions. In this project I had the responsibility for the architectural design of the whole building, which was planned to host 50 inmates and to have a heart surgery unit, an emergency unit and a nursery. I had to refer directly to the team leader and to collaborate with different engineers. As an architect I worked close together with the engineers team and I had to deal with the numerous conflicts between the architectural layout and the technical implants needs. I consider myself quite at drawing, and I completed the university course of free-hand and technical drawing with remarkable risults.
