13 Types of Room Classifications "hotel room" means an accommodation unit for use by guests, having its own entrance, bedroom and interconnected bathroom as well as appropriate furniture and furnishings as specified in these regulations in accordance with the tourism accommodation establishments standard classification; "hotel suite" means an accommodation unit for use by guests which, in addition to the facilities and furnishings of a hotel room,shall also provide a furnished living area as specified in these regulations;
