The villa is part of a small complex consisting of three luxurious private villas, ideally located near to the capital of the island and on the way to Rethymno. The villas are on the west side of the city of Heraklion in the seaside settlement of Rogdia Village. Set in its own m2 plot high up on a hilltop, each villa is 550 m2 in size. Finally, right next to the pool there is a footpath leading down to a cozy private beach with stone pier. The pier can be used to park jet skis and small boats. *Sea water can be replaced with sweet water upon advance request.
