The race will be up to 6 hours. The race is open to a maximum of 600 participants of all nationalities, both sexes, aged 14 and maximum 70 years. Registration is free and takes place in Maputo Athletic Association, Parque dos Continuadores, November 18 from 9am to 15h00.Entries will be accepted on the day of the race itself. Athletes should arrive at up until 6 am, they must be formally registered as a participant and have the latest information on the race. The start is at the Park of followers, following Nyerere Avenue to the fish market, marginal to the Naval Club, Caracol (except for individuals with disabilities who will follow up the Avenida Marginal Independence Square) Garden Valentine s Viaduct, Sept. 25, Independence Square. Police will be monitoring the movement of cars, but we ask that each participant is very careful with the traffic.
