4 Tenancy agreement Always for the whole semester/year / / Due date for paying the rent is 6th day of every month. Pay your rent as bank transfer, use your personal reference number from the rent bill. You can pay all the rents at once. Pay all the bank costs both the payer and the receiver, we will charge you all the additional bank costs. Payment request will be sent by debt collecting office Visma Duetto if you pay late.

7 DAS Maintenance service Apartment card Note of fault Small repairs and maintenance work, many partner companies for bigger repair or renovation work and also for maintaining the yards and cleaning of the staircases and other shared premises Remember tenant s responsibilities, for example: Changing the bulbs and fuses Cleaning the drain Moving out inspection

10 Heating and temperature Heating is on in all DAS houses Normal room temperature is between + 19 C and + 21 C. If the temperature is normal the radiator doesn t necessary feel warm. It feels warm when it s heating more and trying to reach the target temperature. Please don t use oven to heat your apartment leave the windows open for the whole day When the weather gets colder, it usually takes few days that the heating adjusts to right level. If the temperature in your apartment is not at normal level, please fill in a note of fault from and remember to write the temperature in your apartment in the note of fault.

11 Internet= DASnet Provided by You have been given and accepted the terms and rules of the use when signing the tenancy agreement The codes for using the internet and installation instructions you have received with your keys and other welcoming material The code is different in different apartments, please don t share the code The prepaid SIM you can use for example in your mobile phone

12 Living in DAS apartments Follow the order regulations Silence in apartment buildings is between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. so please notice this when having friends over and playing music

13 Smoking Smoking is allowed only outside Don t smoke in the apartment, corridor or elevator Throw butts into the ashtrays you find outside the houses (Please don t throw down from the balcony!)

14 Waste disposal Please sort out your rubbish in rubbish bags and follow our recycling instructions Please, take your rubbish bags to the waste containers on the yards of our houses Don t leave the rubbish bags on the balconies or staircases' or in the elevators

15 Laundry Free of charge In Kuntotie 3 Reservations at from the electronic booking system Follow the rules of laundry times and other instructions given by DAS If you don t need the reserved turn, please cancel it so that someone else can use it

16 Bicycles Keep your bicycle only in places meant for them: storages or in bike racks on the yard. For everyone s safety and according to the Finnish laws it is forbidden to keep the bikes in the corridors!

17 Cleaning is important In shared apartment you are all together responsible for cleaning the common premises (kitchen, hallway and bathroom) Agree about cleaning turns together with your flat mates Clean regularly, so that when moving out, you don t have such a big cleaning job to do

18 Other DAS services for tenants Gym in Kuntotie 8 Sauna turns and car parking (reserve from electronic booking system) Clubrooms to rent (reserve from electronic booking system) Things to borrow from customer service: board games, tools, sewing machines, rowing boat etc. Tenant committees organize events

19 Moving out Please remember: The room and common premises must be cleaned The room must be empty and the furniture that belongs in the apartment/room must be on it s place All your own stuff must be taken away, also bicycles DAS will charge if we must clean and /or empty your room/apartment All the keys must be returned All the rents must be paid

20 Moving out DAS maintenance service will check the apartment after you have moved out You will receive an about moving out inspection Order the moving out inspection from the link in the if you will move out before the end date of your agreement

21 Deposit refund Deposit will be paid to your bank account Log in to tenant page and fill in e-form: Bank details
