3 the building... The building is located in Politia, Kifissia, one of the most luxury suburbs in the North of Athens. It has been designed by some of the most famous engineers in Greece. The energy saving systems have been designed by JEPA & the Aristotle s University of Thessaloniki. The building has 3 floors (level 0,1,2), one penthouse floor at the top (level 3) plus two floors, one floor at level 1 (facing the back garden with swimming pool) and one garage floor at level 2.
