4 5 The Havelock The Havelock is a courtyard space which is accessed between two typical West End tenement blocks. Hidden behind these tenement blocks lies a private southfacing courtyard development which is distinctive and unlike anything else in the West End. This unique development consists of ten 3 bedroom houses offering accommodation on 3 levels with shared and private outdoor spaces. A further 11th unit is a townhouse offering accomodation over 4 levels with its own private high level outdoor space. The new walls of the courtyard will be planted and offer offer common seating areas for residents. It is unusal to find accommodation of this size in the West End which offers homes for a broad mix of potential owners.
