Dedicated 8.3% of net proceeds of funding from Penny IV for county-wide economic development and affordable housing initiatives. Warehouse Arts District along 22nd Street South has undergone a resurgence for artists needing space for larger pieces or for heavy equipment used in the creative process. Currently in the beginning stage and the final plan is expected to be completed within one year. Plan is in starting stage with a $4M budget and should be completed by the end of $9 million grant applicatoin under review by U.S. EDA, with additional $3 million match from Pinellas County, Land donation by City of St. Petersburg Funding becomes available January economic_development/ redevelopment/warehouse_arts_ district.php
