The following are the components of the Nyumba Smart package: KPLC connections on behalf of our clients; Requirements: For salaried customers (Employed Customers) Land title deed for the plot where the house(s) will be built-the title deed should be free from encumbrances; Original pay slips for three consecutive months (For spouses, you may provide both pay slips for consideration); Originals and copies of PIN Certificate and the ID card; Compliance certificate from KRA,HELB & KACC; Dully filled application form from Prittworld Properties & Mortgages Limited; 2 Nyumba Plus The product is ideal for the developers targeting developments for investment purposes namely; Residential homes for sale or rental; Shopping Malls; Schools etc;

9 3 Diaspora Jipange Diaspora Jipange product targets individuals in the diaspora wishing to invest back home in their motherland.
