Our property management team of 60 employees, look after approximately 1.5 million sqm of rental area. From Soest and Berlin we service real estate investments all over Germany and Switzerland for our national and international clients. Asset classes include retail, office and logistic properties. We offer commercial and technical property management services as well as letting, transaction and construction services. We operate in specially aligned teams of experts which allows the constant exchange of information to ensure the highest quality service for our clients. Our commercial property management and reporting is managed centrally from Soest to guarantee consistent and client-oriented processes.
