17 OUR SUCCESS STARTS WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE We treat our tenants and owners with patience and respect - because a cooperative spirit is key to the successful management of your investment property. I bought my first investment property three months back. As a first time owner, I was also nervous on how to handle the tenants and the property with respect to city/state/federal codes. I should admit that I was fortunate to meet with Jerry and have him manage the property from the day of closing. I would like to express my extreme satisfaction on Jerry s support. He is taking care of the entire day-to-day needs of running the property with almost no involvement from me. He also advises me wherever needed to upkeep the property. Jerry is prompt, cordial and taking good care of the property and tenants. I tried selling my house but was unable to. So I rented it out and hired Jerry as the property manager. He is extremely understanding and always available. He is very patient and always willing to help.he has a lot of resources available and gets the job done. I would highly recommend him. Jerry rented a house for us after we had moved from the area. He went above and beyond in many ways making that a smooth process. We would highly recommend Jerry for handling your rental needs. Jerry did an excellent job locating the kind of properties we were interested in. He not only lined up all the relevant properties in a timely manner but also helped us to get to know the area in a very efficient way. He also did an excellent job negotiating the rent for us.
