4 OUR STORY In the 1970 s, Norman and Florence Seltzer founded a San Diego based Property Management Company called The Equity Group to manage their growing portfolio of properties. Norman and Florence always wanted The Equity Group to be a family-run business and brought their son, Brian Seltzer and their grandson, Jordan Seltzer to join the family business. When Norman passed away, Jordan took the reigns of the day-to-day management of the company. He also created a separate company, JS Tamers, to expand on the vision of The Equity Group. Jordan s goal was to create a modern approach to property management. Jordan believed that old school strategies provided old school results. This new approach allowed JS Tamers to expand on a successful past while providing modern first class service throughout Southern California. Jordan Seltzer
