1 The Board of Directors shall annually adopt a resolution setting forth the applicable fees and charges due for permits, services, fees, fines and levies authorized by the governing documents of the Association. Whenever reference is made to the Annual Fee Resolution, such reference shall mean the most current Annual Fee Resolution adopted pursuant to this Section. By this reference, the Annual Fee Resolution, as the same may, from time to time, be amended, is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein. All fees, service charges, charges, rates or similar impositions (collectively referred to as Fees ) set forth in the Annual Fee Resolution and required to be paid pursuant to this Resolution shall be fully paid and satisfied when invoiced or otherwise. If a shorter or longer payment period is expressly stated with respect to specific fee, such shorter or longer payment period shall govern for that specific fee as outlined in that agreement.
