25 General Description San Francisco Investments is developing a luxury hotel project in the city of Cartagena The project will revitalize and restore historic buildings of the city such as: Cloister of Saint Francis, Club Cartagena, Casa Ambrad, Casa García, as well as Cartagena, Calamarí, Rialto and Bucanero theaters.
