2 Key Insights Residential launches in North & East regions of India declined by 74% as compared to previous month due to restrained demand and piled up inventory across the cities While prices in Gurgaon and Noida failed to witness any hike compared to previous year, prices of major localities in Kolkata appreciated in the range of 3% to 12% annually, primarily driven by localities such as Ballygunge and Salt lake News & Deals Realty firm M3M India raised Rs.1,250 Crore from Indiabulls Housing Finance for acquiring 185 acres of land parcel in Gurgaon along with repayment of their existing loans. BCC Infrastructures has raised Rs.250 Crore from the NBFC arm of Edelweiss, ECL Finance in a structured debt transaction, to develop its 58-acre township project Bharat city in Ghaziabad ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. has recently invested a sum of Rs.150 Crore in realty firm Signature Global for the completion of their affordable housing projects The Noida Authority has unveiled a measure to assure timely delivery of flats, by issuing a no objection certificates (NOCs) to cash-strapped builders on a pro rata basis. As per the new policy a developer can obtain its NOC for a percentage of the covered area in the ratio of the cleared dues to the total dues, after retaining a margin of 10% Page 01
