2 Key Insights Residential launches across North & East cities of the country witnessed an increase of 58% over the previous month. While highest unit launches were witnessed in Noida and Kolkata, Gurgaon did not see any new launches during the month Noida made a strong comeback, reporting highest unit launches in the region during the month. Majority of the new launches in Noida were concentrated in Noida Extension and Greater Noida Prices remained range-bound in Gurgaon and Noida as compared to the preceding year. Kolkata continued its price momentum, with 3% to 8% annual price growth, primarily driven by localities such as Ballygunge and Salt lake News & Deals The Haryana Government plans to develop industrial, commercial and service sectors on both sides, of the recently opened 53-km stretch, of Palwal-Manesar Expressway The Central Government has given clearance to NHAI for construction of the Dasna-Meerut six-lane connector under the Delhi-Meerut Expressway The Uttar Pradesh Government approved increase in the FAR by 0.5 within a 1,000-metre radius of the Metro corridors in Greater Noida Gurgaon circle rates were cut by 15% to boost the sluggish real estate market Piramal Fund Management has invested Rs. 200 Crore in a residential project of Noida-based builder Prateek Group Godrej Properties, in partnership with AR Landcraft LLP, forayed into Greater Noida to develop a 100-acre residential project Page 01
