For a private viewing, contact Valery Neuman at or Chris Gilfillen at STEP 2 Conduct inspection and all due diligence by Auction Day: August 5th, STEP 3 Sealed bids must be placed prior to and no later than Auction Day: August 5th, 2016 at 12pm PDT. Sealed bids are submitted via the Premiere Estates purchase contract, which is available at PremiereEstates.com. All sealed bids must be accompanied by proof of funds and a registration deposit of $200,000 made payable to Fidelity Title & Escrow. Alternately, you may wire funds to Premiere Estates Auction Company; contact us for wiring instructions. A five percent (5%) buyer s premium will be added to the winning bid price. STEP 4 The winning bidder will be notified on August 5th, The buyer is required to deposit a total of 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours of notification.
