7 Inclusionary Housing REQUIREMENTS AND Incentives (continued) When inclusionary units are added and density bonus is applied, the parking space requirement for certain units is lowered. City of West Hollywood Inclusionary Housing Program Density bonus housing development shall be granted the following parking space requirements when requested by the developer, inclusive of handicapped and guest parking, which shall be granted to all units in the development.
