The property has about 120 existing parking space, about a 100 of which are within a gated area and the less is near the front entrance.the building had 5 suites A,B,C.D and E, suite A and 8 is Marco'body shop,suite C General Auto,suite D Jimmy Kallas and suite E J and C collision center.aithough there are a few trees along both side property line, the property is completely surrounded by M1 and M2 zone property and no buffer required.the Application believe the proposed use is very much in keeping with the surrounding uses.
