SUSTAINBLE COMMUNITIES / EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES SUCCESSFUL In a discussion with Fred Vogler, MarinMap Manager, we discovered together that this approach holds the possibility of government getting out of the alternative site business which are typically seen only as targets for NIMBY zeal. Instead, government gets more into the information dissemination business, enabling market have its way with us, in this case, incrementally for the better, toward a, drive less, less traffic, lower carbon footprint settlement pattern. PREDICTION: Sustainable Communities will happen one deal at a time, on one parcel at a time, MILLIONS OF TIMES!
