Each time it got smoother every time we built. District had certain ideas in mind and they were amenable to incorporating these ideas with the additional technology advances of the times into the designs. The school runs smoothly and is inviting everyone is in awe of what a great building it truly is. Very pleased working with Scot Woodin. DRA is a large firm with a personal touch.

Conard FAIA Chief Architect, New England Region GSA/Public Buildings Service GSA Federal Office Building Andover, MA Phase : 0 Phase : 03 $94,444,000 The effort and quality of design provided by Jonathan Levi Architects was superb. They transformed a dark, dreary and poorly organized office environment into a light filled, state of the art workplace. It is a LEED Gold project that included a new geo-thermal system. The project was phased so the facility could remain in operation during construction, and, as with all renovation projects, there were unforeseen conditions that had to be addressed. When there were issues during the construction phase, Jonathan Levi was always available to help address our concerns and find a resolution. 8 Town of Framingham July, 07 KAESTLE BOOS ASSOCIATES Frank Everett Building Committee Chair Griswold Middle School Griswold, CT 00 $7,600,000 KBA designed a school that was clearly within our budget constraints. The design was practical and blended in well with our campus layout. They were also able to find bricks that matched the rest of the existing middle school for the new addition. KBA was a pleasure to work with. KBA s working relationship with the school building committee was absolutely amazing. KBA forged a trustworthy relationship with the town and was selected for our new Senior Center project. Very clear documentation for the committee to understand and approve. Kuss Middle School Fall River, MA 008 $55,000,000 Ken Pacheco Director of Building & Grounds City of Fall River Morton Middle School Fall River, MA 03 $36,400,000 MVG has designed 8 of the 9 new school buildings built by the City of Fall River and they are strongly recommended. We have enjoyed an outstanding relationship with Mount Vernon. Michael Longo Former Superintendent of Schools New Bedford Public Schools Keith Middle School New Bedford, MA 008 $70,000,000 Roosevelt Middle School New Bedford, MA 00 $34,000,000 We have built 5 schools with Mount Vernon Group, one of which was under budget, one had very few changes and all of which the community has been pleased with and it has been great working with them. Highly recommend working with them. 3 Lee Dellicker, Building Committee Chair Manchester-Essex Regional School District Manchester-Essex Regional Middle/High School Manchester-By-The- Sea, MA 0 $50,000,000 This project was designed and built during a very trying economic period. Several firms, including Mount Vernon Group, were forced to lay off people. As a result, staffing was thin and our project suffered during construction administration. I do not hold Mount Vernon Group responsible for this. They did their very best in a difficult time.

They are the best. 3 William Ryan Former Superintendent of Schools Acton Public Schools RJ Gray Junior High School Renovation/Addition Acton, MA 00 $6,004,000 Worked on projects with OMR Architects and both were successful. 4 Leonard P. Belli Facilities Director Town of Hudson (d) Quinn Middle School Hudson, MA 04 $36,00,000 Project came in under budget. Would work with OMR again. There was some difficulty with their coordination and management of the MEP Consultant but it was not all of OMR s doing.

I thought they did a great job and would use them again without hesitation. Christopher Banos Principal Stoneham Central Middle School Stoneham Central Middle School Stoneham, MA 05 $3,04,000 Charlie Hay and Matt Barnhart were a pleasure to work with. I would get very quick responses to s no matter when I sent them. Jennifer Littlefield was also extremely helpful in the decision making process for ordering classroom and office furniture. I cannot say enough positive things about Tappe. 3 Loxi Jo Calmes Superintendent of Schools Lunenburg Public Schools Lunenburg Middle/High School Lunenburg, MA 06 $70,000,000 Fantastic project. Less than a handful of changes. Completed on time and under budget. They were prompt, accurate and professional. The key contact people (Charlie Hay and Jennifer Littlefield) were responsive and managed everything effectively and efficiently. Great team and all worked very well together.
