Said point being the intersection of the north l i n e of Thomas Arnold and the west l i n e of U.S. Highway 81 and Main Street and also being the southeast corner of Lot 1. THENCE N 73 03' W, f t. along the north l i n e of Thomas Arnold to an iron pin set f o r the southwest corner of this t r a c t.
