8 AMLI CityPlace A Narrative description of work May 2, 2014 The AMLI CityPlace A development consists of 400 multifamily units and a 666 space precast parking structure on a 4.5 acre parcel bounded by East Paces Ferry Road and Roxboro Road, and the proposed Park Drive and Lakeside Drive in Atlanta, GA. The project includes residential and parking uses, with the residential portion pursuing LEED for Homes Silver level designation.. The midrise apartment buildings will be built in Type III-A construction and will be 5-stories in height with a double height leasing and amenity center. The residential buildings wrap the structured precast parking deck, which allows for direct access onto each floor residential level. A good faith effort is made to create the appearance of two-story actives uses on East Paces Ferry Road through architectural treatments including heavier use of masonry and greater fenestration. This project intends to serve the Buckhead community and offers first-class interior finishes comparable to or exceeding the market, and several amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, clubroom, business center and rooftop deck.
