CHIRBA CHIRBA Chirba Chirba is a food truck known for its street-food inspired dumplings and pork-belly buns, and now they re taking up residence at Transfer Co., where their seasonal menu will feature their same delightful mix of Chinese flavors. CH MPANADAS Che mpanadas boasts the most authentic, handmade empanadas this side of Argentina. Using local, organic ingredients, and family recipes from Moises Ville, Argentina, Che mpanadas started as an authentic option for catering parties in the local Argentine community, and larger demand quickly grew from there. BOULTD BRAD AND JUBALA COFF Boulted Bread is a craft bakery famous for their organic, heirloom grain breads and pastries. They ve been named a top bakery by Bon Appetite Magazine, and even won Best Croissant by Food and Wine Magazine. CNTRO AND GALLO PLÓN Centro and Gallo Pelón founders Angela Salamanca and Marshall Davis are teaming up to design a new concept, the heart of which will be an on-sight fresh tortilla making operation. Hot off the press tortillas will be served with a variety of dishes, and also packaged for distribution.
