4 OFFERINGS WHOLE FOODS MARKET Sharon Square offers the first Whole Foods Market in the Charlotte region. Whole Foods opened here in August 2012 and includes the Salud! Cooking School and Queens Corner Bar Tasting Loft. SUNTRUST BUILDING The SunTrust Building will house the bank s regional headquarters as well as a full-service branch to serve area businesses and residents. Two floors of office space are available totaling approximately 39,000 square feet. Parking is provided by a seven story parking deck at the back of the building. Approximately 7,250 sq. ft. of retail space is offered on the building s first level. The shell of the SunTrust Building will be completed and ready for office and retail upfits by the end of December. RESIDENCES AND RETAIL Sharon Square s C1 and C2 buildings are under construction and are comprised of restaurants and boutiques on the first level and 239 apartment residences being constructed on levels 2-6. Parking includes decks on both sides of Ashley Park Lane in addition to on-street parking, all of which is offered at no charge. BUILDING D (to be constructed) Building D at the Sharon Road entrance is planned for 6,000 square feet of retail on the first level and 7,200 square feet of office on its second floor.

There are additional parking facilities for Whole Foods and the SunTrust building. Valet parking will be provided once restaurants are open.
