7 ABOUT LOLA S SEAFOOD EATERY LOLA S Seafood Eatery is fashioned after the cafes found along the New England coast where owner Laurie aulino grew up. She and co -owner Chef Bernard Uffer have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and do not cut corners when it comes to the food they serve. Twice a week, seafood is purchased at auction in Boston and shipped fresh to the four LOLA S locations in South Florida. Belly clams, lobster, cod, mussels, and crabs form the basis for seafood bowls served over linguini, Ipswich clam steamers, lobster rolls, battered fish and chips and lump crab cakes. In addition, locallysourced seafood, including dolphin (Mahi), grouper and fresh-catch blackboard specials, are prepared and served in sandwiches, tacos and over salads. 7
