2 HISTORY 1983 Tecniarte was founded in November 14th, and started developing its activities in the construction business 1989 In September 8th, joins a known group involved in the construction of electrical infrastructures: João Jacinto Tomé, S.A., with the aim of expanding the range of services offered to its Customers In 2012, Tecniarte expanded its business, acting since that date in the Angolan market, through Tecnigol On July 20th, Tecniarte was acquired from João Jacinto Tomé S.A. by CM & MT, S.G.P.S., S.A. VISION To be a reference in the construction sector, by providing a service of excellence, ensuring a high level of satisfaction of our Customers, Employees, Partners and Shareholders.
