23 450 Luxury Apartments Client: Rabie Property Developers Value: $75 Million Architects: Mark Harries AdMakers was responsible for the development of the full campaign for The Island Club an upmarket residential complex at Century City in Cape Town. The campaign received widespread acclaim for its sales success and innovative marketing approach. The Island Club made South African property sales history at the time by selling $30 million worth of apartments within 10 days of its launch. At the launch function alone, 140 apartments were sold within 3 hours, with a further 100 apartments sold over the launch weekend.
